Service Description
-When you enroll and pay online you should immediately receive an email from us with instructions and a link for the 4-hour eCourse. IT"S VERY IMPORTANT that you receive this email, so check your spam and junk folders and let us know if you do not receive it!! - 1-day class - Ages 18+ - Must have a valid Photo ID, Driver License, or Learner's Permit - Must be currently riding and can demonstrate basic riding skills on the first exercise - May use your street-legal bike or one of ours, or a combination of both - Must complete 4-hour online eCourse (included in price) within 30 days prior to class
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, RESCHEDULING, AND NO-SHOW POLICY • Cancellations and refund requests must be received more than 2 days prior to your class. Credit Card and Website Payment App Processing Fees and the cost of your eCourse will not be refunded ($20.00 total) • There is no charge to reschedule your class if request is received at least 2 days prior • Rescheduling requests received within 2 days prior to your class must pay a $25 Processing Fee • No-Shows will have to pay full price for another class
